Restaurant Week a Great Success
Borland House guests all raved about the restaurant week experiences. Great food, bargain prices, as well as amazing accommodations (Borland House, of course!) at amazing rates all combined to create wonderful memories. In fact, Bill and I discovered a restaurant nearby, Il Tesoro in Goshen, that we added to our list of favorites. Entertaining “foodies” always keeps us on our toes. We tried out a couple of new breakfast recipes that received a “2-Thumbs-up” rating from our guests. One is our quiche with leeks and creme fraiche.
Now, we’re literally digging into spring–cleaning up after the 40″ snows and torrential rains. Emerging from a long winter, we’ve started painting and planting with a vengeance.
